Hi Katie, unfortunate about the traffic on your way to Kendal but nice you took advantage of the lovely weather on the return! Roanhead is a stunning place. We have seen the Naterjack Toad there! You may have heard about the ongoing attempts by developers to put a huge holliday park right on top of the beach! It would threaten all the local wildlife and flora and fortunately it has been refused but they have put in a further application 😢😢😢 There is a boardwalk leading from the car park to the beach so great accessibility for your chair. We did our regular trip to Canal Foot and Aldingham last Thursday! Watched the incoming tide and birdlife. We never did climb the 'Hoad'. Looks a slog. 😱 Now thats a novelty! Hi Katie, dissapointing result and end to the season but you could see the players had given everything in terms of effort. Time to reflect and then plan for next season.
